Global Smart Mobility is estimated to be worth around US$48.5 billion in 2022. Our consultants were engaged in one of the EU-funded projects that aimed to help SMEs in the transport industry transition to a smarter, greener, and more efficient transportation system. The project has been running since 2021. Our advisory and consulting services for this project included designing and defining the strategic directions and scope during the planning stage of the project, followed by offering leadership in the execution of the project. The services included helping local SMEs develop innovative products, services, and processes using digital technology, analysing transport data patterns, digitizing the transport planning process, and streamlining end-user journeys. As a result, many SMEs have benefited from the project and moved a step further toward realizing smart mobility.
