Through three progressive levels, participants learn to design, implement, and grow ecotourism enterprises grounded in conservation, community engagement, and ethical business practices.

  • Module 2: Digital Marketing Strategies
    Understand SEO basics to increase online visibility using relevant keywords. Develop a content and social media strategy to showcase authenticity and impact, leveraging responsible platforms to reach conscious travelers
  • Module 3: Impact Monitoring
    Learn why M&E is crucial for moving beyond anecdotes. Identify relevant environmental, social, and economic KPIs, use simple data collection tools, and communicate your impact effectively through concise reporting
  • Module 4: Financial & Investment Readiness
    Explore different funding models (for-profit, non-profit, social enterprise). Learn how to identify potential grant sources and attract impact investors by building a business case and crafting a pitch that balances profit and purpose
  •  Module 5: Certification and Scaling Workshop
    Assess your operation’s readiness for formal certification using tools like the GSTC self-assessment. Strategize for growth by considering “scaling deep” vs. “scaling wide” and create a personalized 12-month action plan
