Prof. Catherine Prentice

Catherine is one of the world’s leading researchers and experts on exploring the interfaces between artificial intelligence and emotional intelligence in the service industry. Moreover, Catherine’s research on consumer behaviours and service quality in tourism and hospitality has been widely published and cited in world top-tier journals. Catherine is proficient in complex statistical modelling as well as adept at in-depth qualitative exploration. She has led and completed a large number of industry, business, and government projects in various industries.

Prof. Kim Hassall

Kim has been the National Chair of Education and Professional Development of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Australia for over a decade, playing a critical role in providing leadership in research, policy, and professional development and supporting continuous improvement in the Transport and Logistics Industry. Kim is a well-regarded advisor and expert in logistics, transportation, and freight infrastructure.

Prof. Zhaoyong Zhang

Zhaoyong’s expertise is in Economics and Finance, and he specializes in monetary and financial market integration in East Asia. His research is well-regarded internationally, as evidenced by his holding prestigious journals’ editor positions and top-tier journal publications.  Zhaoyong has held several consulting positions with internationally renowned institutions, including the OECD, IDRC, and Hanns Seidel Foundation.

Prof. Linzi Kemp

Linzi’s research expertise is in Organizational Behaviours, Leadership, and Women & Organizations. Linzi is a leading expert on women in employment and leadership, particularly in the Middle East region. She has pioneered and delivered transformative training programs on Women in Leadership. She has co-founded and led the research and advisory ‘Centre for Women in Leadership’. Linzi is an accredited leadership trainer for the Institute of Leadership & Management (UK).

Prof. Anirudh Singh 

Professor Anirudh Singh specialises in Renewable Energy Technologies. He is a leading researcher, author, and editor of three books and numerous research articles in renewable energy, including Bioenergy for Power Generation, Transportation, and Climate Change Mitigation (2023). Anirudh has over 15 years’ experience in training and capacity building related to the energy transition and has led and undertaken international EU-funded capacity-building projects in renewable energy.

Dr Catherine Lou

Catherine is a leading expert in supply chain optimization and sustainability across various industries and in social procurement (i.e., the social impact of supply chain activities). She has led several government and industry-funded projects in these fields and is making positive changes in terms of sustainability and social impacts. She is the current Australia Chair for CILT Women in Logistics and Transport and Head for the WiLAT Capacity Building Centre.
