Sustainability Training Institute
We are committed to six Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), a UN initiative aiming to raise the profile of sustainability in education and training.
Sustainability Training Institute – Course Portfolio Overview
The Sustainability Training Institute (STI) by Strategy&Ops provides practical, industry-focused sustainability training designed to support organisations in managing climate risk, improving ESG performance, and progressing towards Net Zero targets. Our training portfolio is structured into five capability areas covering climate risk, decarbonisation, energy efficiency, community sustainability, and sustainable tourism. These programs are developed for professionals, corporate teams, councils, and institutions seeking practical knowledge that can be applied in real-world decision-making.
Our Mission in Sustainability Training
The Sustainability Training Institute bridges the gap between sustainability ambition and operational execution. In a landscape defined by regulatory pressure, investor scrutiny, supply chain exposure, and climate risk, organisations need more than awareness — they need structured decision capability.
Our programs equip professionals to navigate ESG and compliance, climate risk and disclosure, energy transition, circular economy transformation, sustainable tourism, and digital-enabled sustainability with strategic clarity. We focus on governance logic, financial implications, risk sequencing, and implementation pathways — translating complexity into confident action.Delivered through executive masterclasses, blended learning pathways, expert-led workshops, and embedded workplace programs, our approach strengthens institutional capability — not just individual knowledge. We build the systems thinking, judgement, and implementation discipline required to lead it.Our Sustainability Leadership Training Model
